Synopsis

Laurel Hester (Moore), a decorated New Jersey police detective, is diagnosed with cancer and wants to leave her hard-earned pension to her domestic partner, Stacie (Page). However, the county officials, Freeholders, conspire to prevent Laurel from doing this.
